Colour and finish variation
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure colour and finish consistency but our products are hand painted and wood colours/stains and dyes vary among batches. Wood products will exhibit natural variation in colour and grain. We advise that you purchase different items from a range at the same time to ensure a good colour match.
Delivery
We will advise you of an approximate lead time for your delivery before we process your order. Once processed you will be informed of your delivery date and estimated time of arrival. Average delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks for most items, for items out of stock, up to 12 weeks We can take a 25% deposit for all out of stock items ( non refundable* after 14 days from order) balance due 28 day prior to delivery. Special Delivery May be available for faster lead time at an additional cost please call for details.

We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order. If you require a 2 man delivery crew please advise us before ordering most deliveries are carried out by a one man delivery and for large or bulky items you will be required to give our chap a hand. We can only deliver to addresses within mainland England for the price of our Standard Delivery Service charge. For the Scottish Mainland, Wales, Cornwall, Devon and other off shore locations, including the Isle of Wight, additional charges will apply. Prices are available on application. For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland where we are able to obtain quotations, again additional charges will apply. Customers in these areas may prefer to appoint their own carriers. Export, if you require shipping out of the UK we can provide customers with the details of some recommended international shippers.

Collections: The seller, Interior Delights will not to be held responsible for any damages incurred via third party carriers/couriers. It is recommended that the Buyer ensures any transport companies, collecting on the Buyer's behalf, have the necessary insurance in place.
Please note that our specialist furniture courier is not insured for personal injury or damage once inside your property, your item will be delivered to your home, any further arrangements should be made by yourself for room placement.
Deliveries requiring special arrangements such as a 2 Man delivery, a white glove delivery including assembly, room placement and removal of packaging can sometimes be made but will be at an additional cost to you. All enquiries info@interiordelights.co.uk
In the case where the customer insists on part delivery for whatever reason any additional costs incurred by the company will be charged to the customer, the same charge applies even if free delivery is given.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. Please check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. The furniture is handmade and all measurements are approximate and can vary up to 3cm. We are unable to refund orders which cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, or items do not fit the room.
We will not accept claims for inconvenience, compensation or cancellation, etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
Cancellations
We reserve the right not to accept any order request if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
We do not deliver to your area;
One or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website;
The payment transaction is not authorized; or
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the contract as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered
Cancellations will not be accepted if goods have been reserved, stored or despatched by ourselves, or by our suppliers.
Returns/Refunds
Should an item arrived damaged, it will be replace free of charge, if for any reason we are unable to replace your item a full refund will be issued. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery of any faults or damages, items MUST be returned in their original packaging. Failure do so may result in us refusing a returned item. Items that have been installed are non returnable.
We operate a comprehensive guarantee policy, in addition to, and not affecting, your statutory rights. If any item is found to be faulty we will replace it free of charge. If having ordered a piece of furniture you decide within 7 days of receipt that you no longer want the piece then we will refund or exchange to the value of your order. In this case there will be a charge for the outward carriage of the item should it be returned or a 20% administration . Alternatively you may arrange your own return of any items at your own risk.
We ask that you return the items unused and in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
All Out of stock items ordered in at the buyers request and specially made items are non refundable,
